I'm excited to share a little update on the next book in The Friendship Series.
Book Two in underway, and this time, the story belongs to Myra and Gideon.
Readers who know Friendship already know that this town has a way of holding on to people, secrets, old wounds, and unfinished stories. Myra's and Gideon's story reaches back into that same world, but it has a very different heartbeat from The Second Act of Sinclair. It's about first love, ambition, survival, shame, loyalty, the choices we make when we are young, and the truths that do not stay buried forever.
At the center of this book are two people who find each other before they fully understand themselves.
Myra is complicated, strong-willed, and determined not to let a small town decide her future. Gideon is quieter in some ways, but no less marked by the world around him. He carries his own wounds, his own pride, and his own fear that wanting more may not be enough to change what life has handed him.
Together, Myra and Gideon build something private and powerful, something that begins in youth and follows them long after they think they've left it behind. Their story has romance, family history, heartbreak, and emotional fallout that changes everything.
